For girls 15 to 17 + years old
Senior Branches have three options:
Cadets and Junior Leaders develop practical leadership skills by assisting in units of younger girls.
The Ranger program offers girls 15-17+ the opportunity to create the experience they want - doing the activities they want in the way they want. Girls are given choice and flexibility in their programming and are supported by adult mentors who help them discover and develop their leadership skills.

Adult members provide guidance and support to assist these young women to reach their goals.
Trips, camps, service projects or co-ed activites are a few of the ways these young women develop their independence, leadership skills and self-confidance as they step into adulthood.
